Job Description
What You Will Do
Johnson Controls is looking for a Production Engineer to join our Gaziemir manufacturing plant. This role reports directly to the Production Manager and plays a key part in driving operational excellence on the shop floor.
How You Will Do
- Support daily production to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
- Improve manufacturing processes and lead problem‑solving activities
- Coordinate engineering changes and new product introductions
- Drive Lean/continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams to ensure smooth operations
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (required)
- 2–5 years of experience in production/manufacturing engineering
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is a plus
- Good command of English and strong communication skills
- Proactive, hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset

Salary
24,000 - 60,000 USD / yearly
