What you will do: 

This role will be responsible for DBC RTR in scope entities related projects, Global Initiatives and future ERP migration projects etc. 

How you will do it: 

·     Work with RTR operation team in Local and Global Initiatives/projects

·     Support the RTR Function Lead as a PMO role with ERP migration projects 

·     Support Management Team and RTR Function Lead to drive productivity, cooperate with RTR SVs and other function's leader to achieve the target

·     Support Center Lead and RTR Function Lead to coordinate and consolidate APAC consolidation reports/information/BU requests

·     Value-adding – proactively analyzing the root causes of key operation issues/improvement areas to support Center Lead and RTR Function Lead to achieve best-in-class target

What we look for: 

Required 

·     Require at least over 6-8 years working experience in RTR area,

·     Over 3 years Project lead experiences 

·     SAP/Oracle experience and Power BI skill prefer

·     Excellent project management and inter-person skill

·     Strong ability of building and sustaining network

·     Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

·     Willing to learn, take pressure and highly spirit of corporation with colleagues. 

·     Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills 

·     Proficient in English
