About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced leader to join our Brisbane branch and oversee the service delivery operations for our Chiller Service team. You’ll lead a team of technicians, apprentices, and a Service Delivery Manager while driving high performance, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction.
This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong emphasis on coaching, operational management, and growing our contract base.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the service team to achieve operational KPIs.
Champion operational excellence across the Chiller service function.
Oversee monthly maintenance schedules, past-due reports, contract performance, and budget management.
Conduct customer account reviews with a focus on profitability and service quality.
Manage backlog reviews, onboarding, estimating, and contract renewals.
Oversee labour and materials planning, utilisation, and forecasting.
Drive technician development through ongoing training, coaching, and performance management.
Lead recruitment and onboarding of new technicians.
Attend sites with technicians to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer experience.
About You
Proven experience in the HVAC/Chiller industry (Controls & Chiller expertise highly regarded).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and time‑management capabilities.
Ability to perform and lead effectively in a high‑pressure environment.
Team-focused with the ability to also work independently.
