What will you do? 

Manage the operational staff under your responsibility in the assigned production areas, ensuring and facilitating the necessary resources to achieve the team’s performance indicators and production goals.

How will you do it? 

• Ensure full compliance with daily production plans.

• Be a benchmark in all strategic points of the plant.

• Lead the team in meeting plant goals and indicators.

• Ensure problems are contained, root causes identified, and preventive and corrective solutions implemented with a sense of urgency.

• Guarantee Personnel Safety and Product Quality over production numbers.

• Set clear, measurable, and achievable objectives and actively participate in cost reduction, continuous improvement, safety, and environmental projects.

• Exercise positive, inclusive, and respectful leadership toward staff, focused on achieving objectives.

• Generate and participate in projects that improve resource utilization.

• Know and ensure compliance with operational controls and/or work instructions of the CAS system (Quality - Environment - Safety) for your work area and those under your responsibility.

• Manage payroll for staff.

• Lead operational support competencies.

• Coordinate and manage EADs.

• Promote and ensure a safe work environment.

• Promote continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?  

• 2+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor.

• Completed professional degree.

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing. (Yamazumi creation, bottleneck identification, etc.)

• Leadership of teams of 30–60 collaborators.

• Advanced English. (desirable)

• Availability for rotating shifts.
