We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior IT Transformation Analyst to join our dynamic technology team. In this impactful role, you will work closely with senior IT leadership to identify, analyze, and drive implementation of cost savings and efficiency opportunities across the organization. You’ll perform deep financial analysis to quantify savings potential and ensure accountability by coordinating with leaders and stakeholders to drive execution, track results, and realize committed benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior IT leaders to identify high-value cost savings and process improvement opportunities across IT operations, infrastructure, application portfolios, and services.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to develop business cases and quantify potential savings.
  • Independently conduct detailed financial modeling and cost analysis to support recommendations.
  • Present concise, data-driven insights and recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders in both verbal and written formats.
  • Build actionable plans with clearly defined owners, timelines, and milestones; ensure effective execution and realization of savings.
  • Communicate findings, progress, and results to executives and cross-functional teams at all levels.
  • Track and report on implementation status, savings, and issues, proactively addressing risks and roadblocks.
  • Develop a deep understanding of IT budgeting processes, operational interdependencies, and drivers impacting financial performance.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement and cost-consciousness across the IT organization.

What are we looking for?  

Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or related field.
  • +6 years of experience in IT Finance, business analysis, consulting, or transformation initiatives or similar within large (1500-3000 resource) IT or Operations organizations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Strong working knowledge of IT budgeting, financial management, and operations.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messages and influence effectively, from senior executives to operational teams. Fluent in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related analysis/reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to see the "big picture" while meticulously managing details and deliverables.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work at a fast pace, and rapidly get up to speed in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Previous experience in a transformation office or consulting environment.
  • Experience with project management and transformation/change management methods a plus.
