What will you do?

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping.

  • Ensure that the staff under their supervision complete their daily tasks on time and safely.

  • Ensure efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory control, and timely delivery of materials to production areas.

How will you do it? 

  • Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries.

  • Track inventory levels.

  • Order new supplies in a timely manner.

  • Constantly work to improve processes.

  • Make suggestions for productivity improvements.

  • Optimize employee workflow and adjust staffing as needed.

  • Define and track KPIs such as Safety incident, On-time delivery performance, Inventory accuracy rate, etc.

  • Ensure that the facilities and equipment (forklift, tugger, etc.) under their responsibility are kept in optimal operating condition.

  • Collaborate with production, planning, logistics and procurement teams to align material availability with production demands.

  • Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.

  • Ensure the follow-up of the critical activities' checklist.

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

  • Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?  

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).

  • Good computer skills.

  • Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail, math’s, and multi-tasking skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Minimum 3-5 year of experience managing a team.

Preferred:

  • Manufacturing experience (HVAC a plus).

  • Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.

  • Superior computer skills in MS Office applications.

  • Strong desire of learning, benchmarking.

  • English 50%.
