What you will do:

Handles E2E warranty related activities including data input, processing, and maintenance of warranty databases. Create NCRs, process Freight Claim and RMAs. Supports customers by processing warranty claims, answering warranty claims related questions. Communicates with suppliers on warranty related issues. Collaborates with various operations teams to research and resolve warranty issues. Coordinates with Accounting to process payments for warranty claims and helps perform other day-to-day tasks including create requisitions and prepare reports.

How you will do it:

  • Approve claims with a value of up to $1000.

  • Be able to process all extended warranties

  • Identify RMA/Warranty issues and communicate to Quality Engineer or Quality Manager.

  • Perform E2E Warranty process (From claim submission in GP CRM to issuing credit to customer)

  • Perform various additional assignments.

What we look for:

EDUCATION:

University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2-year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Be proficient in SAP, Lawson, Mapics, excel, Word and Outlook

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and possess a strong sense of urgency.

  • Strong time management and organization skills.

  • Highly customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $25.19-$32.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
