Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients in the Latin American region
• Support the creation of tailored wealth management strategies, including investment portfolios and estate planning
• Conduct market research on LatAm economic conditions, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client needs and recommend J.P. Morgan products and services
• Participate in client meetings, prepare pitch books, and contribute to proposal development
• Shadow senior private bankers to learn about credit solutions, lending, and risk management
• Assist in monitoring portfolio performance and generating performance reports
• Engage in networking events and contribute to team initiatives for business development
• Gain exposure to J.P. Morgan's global platform through rotational projects and training sessions

Required Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026
• Strong academic record, typically a minimum GPA of 3.2 or equivalent
• Demonstrated interest in financial services, wealth management, or Latin American markets through coursework, internships, or extracurricular activities
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Proficiency in English; Spanish or Portuguese language skills required for LatAm focus
• Ability to commit to a 10-week full-time summer program in New York, NY
