Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior bankers in developing and executing financing strategies for middle market clients in commercial and specialized industries
  • Conduct financial analysis, including credit underwriting, cash flow modeling, and risk assessment for client portfolios
  • Prepare pitch books, credit memos, and client presentations to facilitate deal origination and relationship management
  • Assist in portfolio monitoring by tracking client performance metrics and identifying potential risks or opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
  • Participate in client meetings and industry research to provide insights on market trends in sectors like manufacturing, healthcare, and technology
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new client prospects and supporting outreach initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's risk management and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.2
  • Demonstrated interest in commercial banking and financial services through internships or coursework
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial modeling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
