Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing consumer banking products and services to support business unit strategies
• Collaborate with teams on projects related to digital banking innovations and customer experience enhancements
• Conduct market research on community banking trends and competitive landscapes
• Support the development of financial models and reports for internal stakeholders
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to gain exposure to risk management and compliance processes
• Contribute to community outreach initiatives aligned with JP Morgan Chase's corporate responsibility goals
• Shadow senior associates in day-to-day operations of Consumer & Community Banking divisions
• Prepare presentations and data visualizations to communicate project findings
• Assist in evaluating operational efficiencies within branch and digital banking channels

Required Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026
• Strong academic record, typically a minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
• Demonstrated interest in financial services, particularly consumer banking and community initiatives
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Availability for a full-time 9-week internship during the summer of 2026
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for financial analysis
