Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, including due diligence and pitch book preparation
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support client advisory services in capital markets
• Participate in client meetings and calls to gather requirements and present findings
• Research industry trends, competitors, and market data to inform strategic recommendations
• Prepare marketing materials, such as teasers and confidential information memorandums (CIMs)
• Collaborate with senior bankers on deal structuring and negotiation support
• Support financing solutions, including debt and equity offerings for corporate clients
• Contribute to internal projects aimed at enhancing J.P. Morgan's investment banking processes
• Network with professionals across the Commercial & Investment Bank to understand firm-wide operations

Required Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program, with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026
• Strong academic record, typically with a minimum GPA of 3.2 or equivalent
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets, investment banking, or related fields through coursework, internships, or extracurricular activities
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to commit to a 10-week full-time summer program in New York, NY
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications
