Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating candidate experiences
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends in employee engagement and development needs within the financial services context
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance learning and development initiatives tailored to banking and investment roles
  • Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) projects to foster an inclusive workplace at JP Morgan Chase
  • Participate in performance management processes, including goal-setting and feedback mechanisms for junior analysts
  • Research best practices in HR development and apply them to improve employee training in risk management and compliance areas
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR program effectiveness for senior leadership
  • Shadow HR professionals in employee relations and organizational effectiveness within the Asia-Pacific region

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, entering junior year (graduating in 2026 or later)
  • Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
  • Demonstrated interest in human resources, talent development, or organizational strategy
  • Eligibility to work in the Philippines without sponsorship
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Tagalog are advantageous
  • Availability for a full-time summer internship (10-12 weeks) in 2025
