Key Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across U.S. Private Bank teams, including client advisory, investment strategy, and portfolio management
• Assist in analyzing client portfolios and preparing customized wealth management recommendations
• Conduct market research and due diligence on investment opportunities for high-net-worth clients
• Support senior bankers in preparing client presentations, reports, and pitch materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand regulatory compliance and risk management in private banking
• Engage in mock client interactions and case studies to develop advisory skills
• Attend workshops and networking sessions with JPMorgan Chase executives in Asset & Wealth Management
• Contribute to team projects focused on sustainable investing and ESG factors in wealth management
• Document learnings and provide feedback on the fellowship program to enhance future iterations
• Shadow relationship managers to gain insights into client relationship building and retention strategies

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
• Demonstrated interest in financial services, wealth management, or private banking through coursework, internships, or extracurricular activities
• Strong academic record in finance, economics, business, or a related quantitative field
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to commit to a full-time, five-week program in New York, NY during the summer of 2026
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
