Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing financial statements and market trends within commercial and specialized industries
• Support deal teams in preparing pitch books, client presentations, and due diligence materials
• Conduct research on industry-specific sectors like healthcare, real estate, or natural resources
• Collaborate with senior bankers to model cash flows, perform valuations, and assess risk factors
• Participate in client meetings and internal strategy sessions to gain exposure to deal execution
• Contribute to credit analysis and underwriting processes for commercial lending opportunities
• Shadow professionals in investment banking divisions focused on mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets
• Engage in networking events and mentorship sessions to build relationships within JPMorgan Chase

Required Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026
• Demonstrated interest in commercial and investment banking, particularly in specialized industries such as healthcare, energy, or technology
• Strong academic record, typically a minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Ability to commit to a full-time, five-week program in Boston, MA during the summer of 2026
• Prior internship or relevant work experience in finance, banking, or related fields
