Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations in fund accounting, including NAV calculations, trade settlements, and reconciliations for client investment funds
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing fund reports, ensuring compliance with JP Morgan Chase standards and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to process client inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate fund records
  • Contribute to the implementation of process improvements and automation tools to enhance efficiency in fund services operations
  • Monitor and analyze fund performance data, identifying potential issues and escalating as needed
  • Participate in client onboarding processes, including documentation review and setup of new fund accounts
  • Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures in all fund-related activities
  • Support audit and regulatory reporting requirements, preparing materials for internal and external reviews
  • Engage in team training sessions and knowledge-sharing to build expertise in JP Morgan's proprietary systems and tools

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of prior professional experience in financial services, fund administration, or related operations
  • Eligibility for the ReEntry Program, including a career break of at least 2 years for reasons such as family care, personal development, or other life events
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment funds, and regulatory requirements in the EU/UK
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Irish Gaelic or other European languages are advantageous
  • Ability to obtain necessary work authorization in Ireland
  • Commitment to a 12-18 month seasonal program with potential for full-time conversion
