Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of pitch books, financial models, and client presentations for M&A transactions
  • Conduct market research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and economic factors
  • Support deal execution processes, including due diligence and valuation assessments
  • Collaborate with senior bankers to prepare client meeting materials and reports
  • Participate in live deals, contributing to sectors such as technology, healthcare, or energy
  • Build and maintain financial databases using Excel and proprietary JPMorgan tools
  • Engage in networking events and training sessions to develop industry knowledge
  • Provide administrative support to transaction teams, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables
  • Analyze company financial statements and prepare comparable company analyses
  • Contribute to internal projects aimed at enhancing team efficiency and processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, with graduation expected between 2024 and 2025
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in a relevant field, such as finance, consulting, or business
  • Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated interest in investment banking through internships, coursework, or extracurricular activities
  • Ability to commit to a 10-12 week program in London starting in summer 2026
