Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and roadmap for the 55ip platform, aligning with JPMorgan Chase's broader asset and wealth management goals
• Oversee platform operations, including performance monitoring, risk assessment, and optimization of automated investment solutions
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to enhance platform features and drive client adoption
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for 55ip, targeting institutional and retail investors
• Manage vendor relationships and integrations to ensure seamless platform functionality and compliance
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform platform innovations in the financial services sector
• Lead a team of platform managers and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal JPMorgan Chase policies in all platform activities
• Conduct stakeholder presentations and reports on platform metrics, ROI, and strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in platform management, product strategy, or technology leadership within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in managing investment platforms, particularly in asset management or wealth management sectors
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services, including SEC, FINRA, and data privacy standards
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings or internal collaborations
