Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end billing inquiries for global Commercial & Investment Bank clients, including investigation, data analysis, and resolution
  • Review and validate billing data to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulatory standards, and alignment with client agreements
  • Conduct thorough investigations into billing discrepancies, utilizing data review techniques to identify root causes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and compliance, to resolve complex client issues
  • Provide exceptional client service by responding to inquiries promptly and maintaining detailed records of interactions
  • Analyze billing trends and generate reports to support process improvements and risk mitigation
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase policies, financial regulations, and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
  • Support audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to internal/external queries
  • Contribute to team initiatives for enhancing operational efficiency in inquiry management
  • Monitor and escalate high-risk billing issues to senior management as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing operations, client services, or financial services support
  • Strong understanding of billing processes and compliance requirements in the financial industry
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with global clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail
  • Legal right to work in the Philippines
