Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain ACF2 and RACF security configurations to ensure operational stability of mainframe applications
  • Provide first-line support for access management issues, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and permission audits
  • Collaborate with application development teams to implement secure access controls for end-to-end infrastructure services
  • Perform routine security reviews and vulnerability assessments to mitigate risks in JPMorgan Chase's financial systems
  • Respond to security incidents and escalate complex issues to senior support teams
  • Document security procedures and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
  • Assist in the integration of ACF2/RACF with enterprise identity management tools
  • Participate in on-call rotations to support 24/7 technology operations
  • Contribute to process improvements for efficient service delivery in Tampa's technology hub

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with ACF2 or RACF mainframe security systems
  • Strong understanding of z/OS operating system and mainframe environments
  • Experience in access control, user provisioning, and security administration in a financial services context
  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOX, PCI-DSS, and internal JPMorgan Chase security policies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment with on-call rotation
  • U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship available

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in mainframe security (e.g., IBM z/OS Security Professional)
