Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define and prioritize features for the Acquiring Data & Analytics Platform
  • Analyze transaction data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in JP Morgan Chase's acquiring ecosystem
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support merchant acquiring decisions
  • Ensure platform compliance with financial regulations such as PCI DSS and anti-money laundering standards
  • Drive agile sprints and roadmap planning to deliver scalable analytics solutions for payment processing
  • Partner with business teams to translate acquiring needs into actionable data insights and platform enhancements
  • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for efficiency in high-volume transaction environments
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback from internal stakeholders to iterate on platform functionalities
  • Support integration of third-party data sources to enrich acquiring analytics capabilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, data analytics, or platform development within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of payment acquiring processes, transaction data flows, and regulatory compliance in banking
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms, with experience in building or maintaining data pipelines
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and business stakeholders
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management in a fast-paced environment
