Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct manual and automated accessibility testing on JP Morgan Chase's web and mobile applications to ensure compliance with ADA and WCAG standards
  • Identify, document, and report accessibility defects in financial services platforms, including trading systems and customer portals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in software testing, with exposure to accessibility testing
  • Familiarity with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) standards and WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.1 or higher
  • Basic knowledge of assistive technologies such as screen readers (e.g., JAWS, NVDA) and keyboard navigation
