Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of agentic AI systems to enable scalable Generative AI adoption across JP Morgan Chase's Commercial & Investment Bank
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features for AI enablement
• Drive the integration of GenAI tools into core banking workflows, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and risk management protocols
• Conduct market analysis and stay abreast of emerging AI technologies to inform strategic decisions in financial services
• Mentor and guide junior product managers and technical specialists in best practices for AI product lifecycle management
• Oversee pilot programs and measure ROI of AI initiatives, optimizing for efficiency in trading, risk assessment, and client services
• Facilitate cross-regional collaboration in London and global teams to align on AI governance and deployment strategies
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI deployment, including data privacy and model explainability in investment banking contexts
• Present progress updates to senior leadership, translating technical outcomes into business value for CIB stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, or AI/ML roles within financial services
• Proven track record in designing and deploying AI systems, particularly generative AI or agentic AI in a regulated environment
• Deep understanding of financial regulations such as GDPR, MiFID II, and banking compliance standards
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments to deliver scalable tech solutions
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, TensorFlow)
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in the banking sector

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's in AI/ML from a top-tier institution
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar, focusing on Commercial & Investment Banking
• Certifications in Generative AI (e.g., Google Cloud AI, AWS Machine Learning) or product management (e.g., PMP)
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems for workflow automation in finance
• Familiarity with ethical AI practices and bias mitigation in high-stakes financial applications
