Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Agile Leads (PALs) and Tech Leads to establish and maintain consistent team-level ways of working
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to ensure smooth team delivery
  • Drive adoption of agile best practices to enhance team productivity and alignment with JP Morgan Chase's delivery goals
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve impediments impacting financial product development timelines
  • Monitor and report on team agility metrics, such as velocity and burndown charts, to support data-driven decisions
  • Coach team members on agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement in a financial services context
  • Assist in scaling agile practices across programs, ensuring consistency in delivering high-quality banking solutions
  • Contribute to the refinement of product backlogs and user stories for investment and risk management projects
  • Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's agile governance and risk management standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, preferably in financial services
  • Proven ability to facilitate team ceremonies and drive agile practices in cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile delivery frameworks
  • Experience working with product owners, tech leads, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
  • Familiarity with agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilist certification
