Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to enhance team collaboration
  • Coach and mentor development teams, product owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices tailored to financial services
  • Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies across multiple teams to accelerate delivery of innovative banking solutions
  • Identify and remove impediments to ensure high-performance delivery of projects in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align Agile initiatives with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in wealth management and investment banking
  • Monitor and report on Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team maturity to optimize processes
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Hyderabad technology hub
  • Integrate risk assessment and compliance checks into Agile workflows for secure financial product development
  • Lead Agile training sessions and workshops for new hires and existing staff
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to refine backlogs and prioritize features for high-impact financial applications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks
  • Proven track record as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a financial services environment
  • Certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance in banking and investment services
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes, fast-paced settings
