Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure team alignment and productivity
• Coach and mentor product teams on Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
• Drive the adoption of Agile practices across JP Morgan Chase's product development lifecycle, integrating with financial regulatory requirements
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress, optimizing workflows for high-performance delivery of innovative financial solutions
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and engineering leads to define and refine product backlogs and roadmaps
• Measure and report on Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team health to senior leadership
• Promote cross-functional teamwork in a global environment, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan's strategic goals in areas like digital banking and risk management
• Support the integration of emerging technologies like AI and blockchain into Agile processes for financial products
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on Agile best practices tailored to the financial services industry
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulations while scaling Agile frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, within a financial services or technology environment
• Proven track record as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects
• Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory compliance, and risk management in banking
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Certification in Agile practices (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP)
• Ability to travel occasionally for global team collaborations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leading Agile transformations in large-scale financial institutions like JP Morgan Chase
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in a fintech context
• Familiarity with data analytics and AI-driven solutions in financial services
• Previous role in product management or development within investment banking or asset management
• Master's degree in Finance, IT, or related discipline
