Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure team alignment and productivity

  • Drive the adoption of Agile practices across JP Morgan Chase's product development lifecycle, integrating with financial regulatory requirements
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress, optimizing workflows for high-performance delivery of innovative financial solutions
