Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews for Trust & Security Authentication teams
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles to enhance collaboration and productivity
  • Drive the adoption of innovative Agile practices to deliver high-performance authentication solutions
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to prioritize features and remove impediments
  • Monitor team velocity and metrics to ensure alignment with project goals in a fast-paced financial environment
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and risk-aware decision-making in security-focused products
  • Integrate Agile methodologies with compliance requirements for secure banking authentication systems
  • Support scaling Agile across multiple teams within JP Morgan Chase's Trust & Security division
  • Identify and implement tools to streamline workflows, such as Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Contribute to strategic planning for authentication product roadmaps

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Proven track record as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in technology or financial services environments
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and product management in secure authentication systems
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes, regulated industries like banking
  • Certification in Agile practices such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA
  • Experience in cybersecurity or authentication products within financial institutions
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, or SOX
