Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to foster continuous improvement
  • Coach and mentor teams on agile principles, helping to remove impediments and promote a culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in financial services operations to align agile processes with business objectives and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure agile maturity and team performance, reporting insights to senior leadership
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization in high-stakes financial projects, ensuring scalable and secure solutions
  • Support the integration of agile practices with traditional project management in hybrid environments at JP Morgan Chase
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on agile methodologies tailored to the banking industry's unique challenges
  • Partner with technology and risk management teams to ensure agile initiatives comply with financial regulations like Dodd-Frank and GDPR

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Proven track record in leading agile transformations in financial services or complex organizational environments
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in banking
  • Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
  • Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist)
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for client or team engagements
