As part of our Corporate & Investment Bank or Consumer & Community Banking divisions, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align agile practices with strategic business goals, ensuring that our financial products and services are delivered efficiently while adhering to stringent regulatory standards such as those from the SEC and Federal Reserve. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coaching teams on agile principles, facilitating key ceremonies, and removing blockers to accelerate project delivery in areas like digital banking, risk management, and payment systems. You will innovate by identifying opportunities to integrate agile with traditional finance workflows, fostering a culture of collaboration and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with senior leaders, you will measure and report on agile maturity using tools like Jira, providing actionable insights that enhance our competitive edge in the global financial services industry. Key Responsibilities

• Lead agile transformation initiatives across JP Morgan Chase teams, driving adoption of Scrum and Kanban practices to enhance delivery speed and quality
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to foster continuous improvement
• Coach and mentor teams on agile principles, helping to remove impediments and promote a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Collaborate with stakeholders in financial services operations to align agile processes with business objectives and regulatory compliance
• Develop and implement metrics to measure agile maturity and team performance, reporting insights to senior leadership
• Identify opportunities for process optimization in high-stakes financial projects, ensuring scalable and secure solutions
• Support the integration of agile practices with traditional project management in hybrid environments at JP Morgan Chase
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on agile methodologies tailored to the banking industry's unique challenges
• Partner with technology and risk management teams to ensure agile initiatives comply with financial regulations like Dodd-Frank and GDPR

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Proven track record in leading agile transformations in financial services or complex organizational environments
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in banking
• Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist)
• Ability to travel up to 20% for client or team engagements

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in a relevant field
• Experience in financial services technology or operations at a large-scale bank
