Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate agile transformations across JP Morgan Chase teams in Hyderabad, driving adoption of Scrum and Kanban practices
• Coach and mentor product owners, scrum masters, and development teams to enhance agility and performance
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in software delivery processes within financial services projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement high-performance solutions for banking and investment platforms
• Conduct agile maturity assessments and develop roadmaps for organizational agility
• Facilitate retrospectives, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to foster a culture of innovation
• Ensure alignment of agile practices with JP Morgan's risk management and compliance standards
• Monitor and report on agile metrics to senior stakeholders, optimizing delivery in the financial sector
• Support integration of agile with traditional project management in hybrid environments
• Drive knowledge sharing and training sessions on agile best practices tailored to financial services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks
• Proven track record in leading agile transformations within financial services or large-scale organizations
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile coaching principles
• Experience in financial services industry, particularly in banking or investment management
• Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) or related professional qualifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment in Hyderabad, India

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or MBA
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools in a financial context
