Key Responsibilities

• Lead agile transformations for the Wallets team, driving adoption of agile practices to enhance product development for digital payment solutions
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to ensure high-performance team dynamics
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on agile principles, fostering continuous improvement and innovation in financial services products
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to prioritize backlogs and deliver value-driven solutions for wallet functionalities
• Identify and mitigate impediments to agile processes, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability
• Develop and implement metrics to measure agile maturity and team performance in the context of JP Morgan's global fintech initiatives
• Support the integration of agile methodologies with risk management and compliance requirements in the financial sector
• Drive process optimizations for wallet-related projects, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan's strategic goals in digital banking
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on agile tools and techniques tailored to financial services challenges
• Contribute to scaling agile practices across multiple teams in the Hyderabad technology hub

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks
• Proven track record in leading agile transformations within financial services or technology-driven environments
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile delivery practices
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams on agile principles and practices
• Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) or related methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Hyderabad, India

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in a relevant field
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in digital payments or wallets
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in fintech, such as PCI-DSS or GDPR
• Prior leadership role in agile coaching at a large-scale organization
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration/delivery
