Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies to ensure high-performance team dynamics
  • Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on agile principles, fostering continuous improvement and innovation in financial services products
  • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to prioritize backlogs and deliver value-driven solutions for wallet functionalities
