Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI-driven content transformation strategy for JP Morgan Chase, aligning with business objectives across investment banking, consumer banking, and asset management
• Lead the integration of AI technologies to automate content creation, review, and distribution while ensuring adherence to financial regulations and risk management standards
• Foster collaboration between marketing, technology, legal, and compliance teams to standardize content processes and promote reuse across all JPMC business lines
• Oversee the implementation of AI tools for content personalization, analytics, and performance tracking to enhance client engagement and operational efficiency
• Drive innovation in content operations by piloting emerging AI solutions, such as generative AI for financial reporting and client communications
• Monitor and report on key metrics for content transformation initiatives, including ROI, compliance rates, and reuse efficiency
• Mentor and build high-performing teams, providing guidance on AI best practices in a secure, ethical financial services context
• Ensure all AI content initiatives comply with JPMC's risk framework, data governance policies, and ethical AI guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in content management, AI technologies, or digital transformation within financial services
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in AI-driven initiatives, with expertise in content strategy and compliance
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements in finance, including SEC, FINRA, and data privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA
• Experience implementing AI tools for content generation, optimization, and personalization in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Strong leadership experience at an executive level, managing budgets and stakeholders across global business lines

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's in AI/ML from a top-tier institution
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar, focusing on content operations
• Certification in AI ethics, content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager), or financial compliance
