Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative execution of AI-driven design projects, blending art direction with innovative AI technologies to create impactful visual experiences for JP Morgan Chase clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI into marketing campaigns and client-facing materials
• Develop and prototype AI-enhanced visual assets, such as dynamic infographics and personalized financial visualizations, ensuring alignment with brand standards
• Provide art direction for multimedia content, leveraging AI tools to optimize design efficiency and creativity in the financial services context
• Conduct research on emerging AI trends and apply them to enhance user experiences in digital banking platforms and advisory tools
• Mentor junior designers on AI integration best practices and foster a culture of innovation within the Marketing Planning and Development team
• Ensure all designs comply with regulatory requirements for financial communications, including accessibility and data privacy standards
• Present design concepts to senior stakeholders, translating complex financial data into compelling, AI-augmented narratives
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics to drive engagement in JP Morgan's digital ecosystem
• Contribute to the development of AI design guidelines tailored to the firm's global operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, or creative direction
• Demonstrated expertise in AI tools and technologies for creative applications, such as generative AI models
• Proven track record of leading design projects in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative visual experiences integrating AI and traditional design
• Experience in the financial services industry or regulated sectors
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
