Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative execution of AI-integrated design projects, blending traditional art direction with emerging AI technologies to create compelling visual experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Marketing Planning and Development to align designs with JP Morgan Chase's brand strategy and financial services objectives
• Innovate and prototype AI-driven visual solutions, such as generative art for client interfaces or automated branding tools
• Provide art direction for digital campaigns, ensuring all visuals comply with financial industry regulations and accessibility standards
• Mentor junior designers on incorporating AI into creative processes, fostering a culture of innovation within the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in digital design, art direction, or creative roles within a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of integrating AI technologies into creative workflows to produce innovative visual content
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven design projects, particularly in branding, marketing, or user experience
