Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI portfolio management initiatives, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan's strategic goals in asset management
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define technical roadmaps for AI-enhanced investment tools
• Oversee program governance, including risk assessment, compliance with financial regulations like MiFID II and GDPR, and resource allocation
• Drive cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into portfolio optimization platforms, improving efficiency and decision-making
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and report on key metrics to senior leadership in the Corporate & Investment Bank
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure seamless deployment of AI solutions in production environments
• Identify opportunities for innovation in AI-driven portfolio analytics, such as predictive modeling for market trends
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations for AI technologies in financial services
• Ensure all AI initiatives adhere to ethical standards and JP Morgan's data privacy policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years in AI/ML projects within financial services
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex AI-driven portfolio management solutions
• Deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements in the banking sector
• Experience with agile methodologies and program management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risks in high-stakes financial environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as PMP, CSM, or AWS Certified Machine Learning
• Experience in portfolio optimization using AI models at a major financial institution
• Familiarity with JP Morgan's internal tools and processes for AI governance and compliance
