Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of AI projects focused on brand enhancement, including customer personalization, content generation, and sentiment analysis for JP Morgan Chase's marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing, data science, engineering, and compliance teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables aligned with financial services standards
• Oversee the integration of AI/ML technologies to optimize brand strategies, ensuring projects deliver measurable ROI in customer engagement and brand loyalty
• Conduct risk assessments for AI implementations, addressing biases, ethical concerns, and regulatory compliance in the banking sector
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, track progress using project management tools, and report on key metrics to senior leadership at JP Morgan Chase
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage AI for brand storytelling and targeted campaigns in a competitive financial landscape
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships for AI projects, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan's cost-efficiency goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML initiatives in a marketing or brand context
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in delivering AI-driven projects from ideation to deployment
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations, including data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and ethical AI use in banking
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with branding or marketing campaigns at a large-scale institution like JP Morgan Chase
