Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of AI projects focused on brand enhancement, from initial concept through to successful delivery and post-launch optimization
• Collaborate with marketing, data science, and engineering teams to define project scopes, timelines, and resources aligned with JP Morgan Chase's brand strategy
• Ensure AI/ML implementations comply with financial regulations, ethical standards, and JP Morgan's risk management frameworks
• Monitor project progress using agile methodologies, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to meet deadlines and budgets
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including presentations to senior leadership on AI project impacts to brand perception and customer engagement
• Oversee the integration of AI technologies like natural language processing or predictive analytics into marketing campaigns for personalized customer experiences
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in AI project delivery within the financial services sector
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party AI tool integrations to support brand initiatives
• Champion innovation by exploring emerging AI trends relevant to financial branding, such as generative AI for content creation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML initiatives in a marketing or brand context
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in delivering AI-driven projects from ideation to deployment
• Strong understanding of financial services regulations, including data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and ethical AI use in banking
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• PMP, Agile, or AI-related certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster or Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with branding and customer experience enhancements via AI
• Familiarity with JP Morgan Chase's internal tools and processes for marketing delivery
• Background in developing AI solutions for personalized marketing or brand analytics in a regulated environment
• Advanced knowledge of AI ethics and bias mitigation in financial applications
• MBA or advanced degree with a focus on technology management
