  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders, data scientists, and IT teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables for AI-driven initiatives such as automated resume screening and predictive workforce analytics
  • Oversee risk assessment and mitigation for AI projects, ensuring compliance with financial industry standards and JP Morgan's internal governance frameworks
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, track project progress using KPIs, and report status to senior leadership on AI program outcomes
  • Drive the adoption of AI tools in HR processes, including integration with existing systems to enhance efficiency in recruitment, performance management, and diversity initiatives
  • Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships for AI projects, optimizing costs while delivering high-impact results
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and recommend improvements for future AI endeavors in HR

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years focused on AI or technology initiatives in a corporate environment
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in the financial services industry, particularly in HR or talent management projects
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics, with application to HR functions like talent acquisition and employee engagement
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, or Asana
  • PMP, Agile, or similar certification required
  • Ability to handle sensitive HR data in compliance with financial regulations such as GDPR and CCPA

  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector, ideally with exposure to HR transformation projects at large institutions
