Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of AI prompts for generative AI models to enhance customer experiences in JP Morgan's financial products
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and designers to integrate AI capabilities into banking platforms, ensuring alignment with customer needs
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovations in areas like personalized banking and fraud detection
• Define product roadmaps for AI features, prioritizing based on business impact, regulatory requirements, and technological feasibility
• Work closely with compliance and risk teams to ensure AI prompts and models adhere to financial regulations such as GDPR and SEC guidelines
• Monitor performance metrics of AI products using data analytics, iterating on prompts to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Mentor junior team members on best practices in prompt engineering and product lifecycle management
• Engage with stakeholders across JP Morgan's global teams to align AI initiatives with broader firm objectives
• Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies to drive innovation in financial services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in product management, particularly in AI/ML or technology-driven products
• Proven expertise in prompt engineering for large language models (LLMs) and generative AI applications
• Strong understanding of financial services, including regulatory compliance and risk management in banking
• Experience with data analytics tools and methodologies to derive insights from customer data
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in agile environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field
• Experience working in fintech or financial institutions like JP Morgan Chase
• Certifications in AI ethics, prompt engineering, or product management (e.g., PMP, Google AI Essentials)
