Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cutting-edge research on AI agents to enhance decision-making in financial services
• Develop and prototype novel AI models for applications in trading, risk assessment, and customer personalization
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy AI solutions into production environments at JPMorgan Chase
• Analyze large-scale financial datasets to identify opportunities for AI innovation
• Publish research findings and contribute to internal knowledge sharing within JPMorgan AI Research
• Mentor junior researchers and interns on AI methodologies and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML research, with a focus on AI agents or autonomous systems
• Strong publication record in top-tier conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience applying AI techniques to real-world problems, preferably in finance or large-scale data environments
