Key Responsibilities

• Lead the retouching and enhancement of photography assets for JPMorgan Chase's global brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with corporate visual standards
• Utilize cutting-edge AI technologies to streamline retouching processes, improving efficiency and quality for marketing materials
• Collaborate with the JPMorgan brand team, photographers, and creative directors to develop and execute high-impact visual content
• Mentor junior retouchers and team members on AI tool integration and best practices in digital imaging
• Ensure all retouched imagery complies with financial industry regulations, including accuracy in depicting products and services
• Manage end-to-end retouching workflows for print, digital, and social media assets used in client communications
• Innovate retouching techniques to support JPMorgan's digital transformation initiatives in marketing
• Review and quality-check retouched images to maintain brand consistency across investor relations, advertising, and internal communications
• Stay abreast of AI advancements and recommend tools to enhance the creative production pipeline

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Photography, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in photo retouching and digital imaging for high-profile brands
• Proven expertise in AI-powered retouching tools such as Adobe Photoshop with AI features, Luminar AI, or similar technologies
• Strong portfolio demonstrating retouching work for marketing campaigns in the financial services or corporate sector
• Experience leading creative teams or projects in a fast-paced agency or in-house brand environment
• Proficiency in color theory, composition, and visual storytelling tailored to professional services branding

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certification in AI imaging software or digital art tools
