  • Conduct risk assessments and audits for AI initiatives, identifying potential ethical, bias, and regulatory issues in financial services applications
  • Support the creation of AI enablement programs, providing guidance on best practices for model development, deployment, and monitoring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in AI/ML strategy, governance, compliance, or regulatory roles within financial services or technology sectors
  • Strong understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI principles, and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, AI Act, or APAC-specific data privacy laws
  • Experience supporting AI adoption in a corporate environment, preferably in banking or fintech
  • Ability to analyze complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable governance strategies
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages spoken in APAC (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in AI, Technology Management, or related discipline
