Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI strategy roadmaps aligned with JPMorgan Chase's broader digital transformation goals, focusing on high-impact areas like risk management and client services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's in AI/ML) strongly preferred
• 8+ years of experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, or technology consulting within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading AI initiatives in a large-scale organization, with experience in regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, SEC guidelines)
• Deep understanding of AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI applications in finance
• Strong project management skills with experience using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Asana
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience presenting to C-suite executives
