Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities that drive transformation across JP Morgan Chase's lines of business, including investment banking and asset management
• Analyze large datasets from financial markets to develop insights that inform strategic decision-making and operational efficiencies
• Design and implement AI models to enhance risk assessment, fraud detection, and customer personalization in banking services
• Partner with senior leaders to shape AI strategy, ensuring alignment with firmwide goals and regulatory compliance
• Conduct feasibility studies and pilot projects for AI initiatives, measuring impact on business outcomes like cost savings and revenue growth
• Monitor emerging AI trends in the financial services industry and recommend adoption strategies for JP Morgan Chase
• Develop reports and presentations to communicate AI transformation progress to stakeholders
• Support the integration of AI tools into existing workflows, optimizing processes in areas like trading and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, AI/ML projects, or strategy consulting within financial services
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Strong understanding of AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of financial regulations and risk management principles in banking
