Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the firm's AI transformation roadmap, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's strategic priorities in areas like risk management, customer experience, and operational efficiency
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact AI use cases across business lines including investment banking, consumer banking, and asset management
• Collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to foster an AI-first culture, providing thought leadership on emerging technologies and their financial applications
• Drive measurable value through AI initiatives, tracking KPIs such as ROI, cost savings, and revenue growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Oversee the integration of AI solutions into existing JP Morgan Chase systems, mitigating risks related to data security and model bias
• Mentor and build AI capabilities within the organization, partnering with technology, data science, and business units to scale innovations
• Conduct market analysis on AI trends in financial services, advising on partnerships with tech vendors and academic institutions
• Champion ethical AI practices, developing frameworks for responsible AI deployment in line with JP Morgan Chase's commitment to trust and integrity
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on AI strategy progress, influencing firm-wide decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS in AI/ML) strongly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or digital transformation roles within financial services or technology sectors
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide AI initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes in a large-scale organization
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in finance, including data privacy laws like GDPR and SEC requirements
• Experience collaborating with C-suite executives to align AI strategies with business objectives
• Strong project management skills with expertise in agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with a focus on innovation and risk management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a top-tier financial institution or consulting firm like McKinsey, BCG, or Deloitte in AI strategy
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or cloud-based AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI)
• Prior leadership in AI ethics and governance programs within regulated industries
• MBA from a leading business school with a focus on technology or finance
• Publications or speaking engagements on AI applications in banking and financial services
