Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents as part of JPMorgan Chase's Private Bank Agentic strategy to enhance client experiences in wealth management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and private banking experts to integrate AI agents into core banking platforms
• Build and optimize multi-agent systems that can autonomously handle tasks such as personalized investment recommendations, portfolio analysis, and client query resolution
• Leverage large language models and reinforcement learning to create intelligent agents capable of reasoning and decision-making in financial contexts
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to JPMorgan's stringent security, privacy, and regulatory standards, including data governance for sensitive client information
• Conduct performance tuning, testing, and monitoring of AI agents in production environments to maintain high reliability and scalability
• Research and incorporate emerging AI technologies to innovate within the Predictive Science category, driving efficiency in private banking operations
• Document technical architectures, contribute to code reviews, and mentor junior engineers on best practices for agentic AI development
• Analyze business requirements from private banking stakeholders and translate them into robust AI/ML models
• Stay updated on industry trends in AI for finance and propose enhancements to the Agentic Private Bank framework

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on building and deploying autonomous agents or multi-agent systems
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain for agentic AI development
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs) in a production environment
• Strong understanding of financial services, particularly private banking, wealth management, or regulatory compliance in AI applications
• Demonstrated ability to work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for scalable AI deployments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex, ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Experience in the financial industry, specifically with JPMorgan Chase or similar institutions, developing AI solutions for client advisory or risk management
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks like AutoGen or CrewAI, and integration with enterprise systems
• Knowledge of ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and compliance with financial regulations such as SEC or FINRA
• Prior contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in AI/ML conferences
