Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents to enhance client interactions in JP Morgan's Private Bank
• Integrate LLMs and NLP techniques to create intelligent, agentic systems for personalized financial advice
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to align AI solutions with PB Agentic Bank strategy
• Implement and optimize ML models for predictive analytics in wealth management and investment strategies
• Ensure AI agents comply with financial regulations, data security, and ethical AI principles
• Conduct experiments and A/B testing to improve agent performance and client satisfaction metrics
• Monitor and maintain deployed AI systems, troubleshooting issues in real-time production environments
• Contribute to research on emerging AI technologies to drive innovation in private banking services
• Document technical specifications and mentor junior engineers on best practices in agentic AI

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on building autonomous agents or multi-agent systems
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs)
• Experience in financial services or fintech, particularly in private banking or wealth management applications
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and financial compliance standards like SEC rules
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in AI, Machine Learning, or related discipline
• Experience with agentic AI systems in production environments, including reinforcement learning
