Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents to support the Private Bank Agentic strategy, enabling proactive client interactions and personalized financial advice
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate ML models into production systems for predictive client servicing
• Build and optimize agentic workflows using large language models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning to automate complex banking tasks
• Ensure AI agents adhere to regulatory compliance, risk management, and ethical standards specific to JPMorgan Chase's financial operations
• Conduct performance tuning, monitoring, and A/B testing of AI agents to improve accuracy and efficiency in private banking scenarios
• Leverage financial datasets to train models that predict client needs, such as investment opportunities or portfolio adjustments
• Participate in agile development cycles, contributing to code reviews and documentation for scalable AI solutions
• Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and apply them to enhance the Private Bank's digital transformation initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in deployed agents, ensuring high availability and security in a high-stakes financial environment
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the Predictive Science team at JPMorgan Chase

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on building and deploying autonomous agents or agentic systems
• Proven track record in developing machine learning models for financial services applications, such as predictive analytics or risk assessment
• Strong programming proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala, with experience in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in the financial sector
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams within a large-scale banking environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Experience in agentic AI systems for private banking, including multi-agent frameworks or reinforcement learning
• Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's internal tools and financial datasets
• Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer) or financial technology
• Prior work in developing AI solutions for wealth management or client advisory services

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, or similar)
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs)
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems
