Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models to identify and mitigate technology and cybersecurity risks across JP Morgan Chase's corporate systems
• Conduct risk assessments for AI/ML initiatives, ensuring alignment with firm-wide compliance and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with Corporate Tech & Cyber teams to integrate AI-driven solutions for threat detection and fraud prevention
• Monitor and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies for potential risks in the financial services landscape
• Provide expert guidance on ethical AI usage and data governance to senior stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance cybersecurity resilience using machine learning algorithms
• Analyze and report on AI/ML risk metrics to support CCOR (Corporate & Credit Oversight Review) processes
• Stay abreast of industry trends in AI/ML and cybersecurity, advising on best practices for JP Morgan's global operations
• Mentor junior team members on risk management frameworks specific to AI technologies
• Ensure all AI/ML implementations adhere to JP Morgan's data privacy and security protocols

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, risk management, or cybersecurity within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in implementing AI/ML models for risk assessment and compliance in regulated environments
• Strong understanding of financial regulations such as GDPR, SOX, and Basel III, with experience in technology risk frameworks
• Experience with data privacy and ethical AI practices in large-scale financial institutions
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, and engineering groups
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in AI/ML or related field
