Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Asset & Wealth Management Alternatives leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that maximize platform capabilities and drive client base expansion
  • Lead the preparation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for alternative investments portfolios, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's overall business objectives
  • Oversee financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics for alternative investment products, including private equity, hedge funds, and real assets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives, such as new product launches and market entry strategies
  • Manage risk assessment and compliance efforts related to financial operations in the alternatives sector, adhering to regulatory standards
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership on investment opportunities, cost optimization, and revenue growth tactics

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive finance experience in alternative investments, asset management, or wealth management sectors
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
  • Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within a large financial institution
  • Deep understanding of alternative investments including private equity, hedge funds, real estate, and infrastructure
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-stakes financial environment
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SEC, FINRA, and GAAP/IFRS standards
