Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for alternative investments platforms focused on enhancing client and advisor experiences
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define user requirements and prioritize features for digital tools in private equity, hedge funds, and real assets
• Oversee agile development sprints, ensuring timely delivery of product enhancements that drive client engagement and advisor efficiency
• Analyze market trends in alternative investments to identify opportunities for innovation within JP Morgan's Global Alternative Investment Solutions
• Partner with technology teams to integrate data analytics and AI-driven insights into client portals
• Conduct user research and feedback sessions with high-net-worth clients and financial advisors to refine product offerings
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and risk management standards in all product features
• Measure product success through KPIs such as user adoption, satisfaction scores, and AUM growth
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the broader product strategy for JP Morgan's wealth management division

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• 8+ years of experience in product management, particularly in alternative investments or financial services
• Proven track record in owning end-to-end product development for client-facing platforms in wealth management or asset management
• Deep understanding of alternative investments including private equity, hedge funds, real estate, and infrastructure
• Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management in a fast-paced financial environment
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements such as SEC, FINRA, and Dodd-Frank relevant to alternative investments
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, compliance, and sales

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar (e.g., Goldman Sachs, BlackRock)
• Familiarity with digital platforms for high-net-worth clients and financial advisors
• Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) or financial designations (CFA, CAIA)
• Background in user experience design for complex financial products
• Prior involvement in launching alternative investment products or platforms
