Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in Americas Equity and Debt Capital Markets
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance metrics to inform decision-making

  • Oversee risk management processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial services business management
  • Strong understanding of equity and debt capital markets products and regulations
  • Proven track record in business strategy, process optimization, and performance analysis
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Series 7 and/or Series 63 licenses or equivalent (or willingness to obtain)

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
