Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in Americas Equity and Debt Capital Markets
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance metrics to inform decision-making
• Collaborate with sales, trading, and structuring teams to optimize product offerings and client solutions
• Oversee risk management processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Lead initiatives for operational efficiency, including process improvements and technology implementations
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on business performance and strategic recommendations
• Foster relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance market positioning
• Monitor and mitigate business risks while identifying new revenue opportunities
• Support talent development and team management within the Business Management group
• Contribute to firm-wide initiatives aligned with JP Morgan Chase's global capital markets goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial services business management
• Strong understanding of equity and debt capital markets products and regulations
• Proven track record in business strategy, process optimization, and performance analysis
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders
• Series 7 and/or Series 63 licenses or equivalent (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
• Prior experience at a bulge-bracket investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Dodd-Frank, MiFID II, and SEC reporting
• Experience in digital transformation or technology integration in capital markets
